3. Scan the Qr Code
You will be taken to your giving form by scanning this code with a camera app!
4. Mail Your Gift
You can mail your gift to the mailing address below. Please us the memo line on your check to designate/specify where
you would like your gift to be applied, such as: building fund, missions, tithes, etc.
